- Degree holder in Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronic Engineering

- certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI-US)

- Registered with Malaysia Board of Engineer and certified Professional Engineer (PEng) in Telecommunication.

- 10 years experience. Min 5 years in telecommunication oil and gas and 3 years Deep Water Project.

-Posses min. 5 years experince in upstream peoject involving Joint Venture.
- Excellent knowledge in PAGA, Collision Avoidance System, SOLAS and NDB.
-Posses excellent knoeledge on Malaysia Authority requirement to operate Telecommunication System in Malaysia Water.
